Ken is the founder of Southwest Land Surveying and Consulting. Ken has over 41 years of knowledge and experience in all form of surveying and mapping.  He is involved in the everyday operations and decision making. 

Dirk Hatter

PLS - Active US Mineral Surveyor

 Dirk brings over 46 years of knowledge and experience in all form of surveying and mapping. Dirks responsibility is that of Administrative, Supervisory and Contracts manager for the firm. He is responsible for communicating with clients and potential clients and discussing with them what services would best suit their needs, costs involved and scheduling a start of field work date, bidding/ pricing of projects, crew scheduling and organization i.e., gathering information and materials for projects. He oversees and assign projects to project managers and crew chiefs.

Earnest Schaaf 

PLS - Active US Mineral Surveyor

 Earnest has 58 years of experience in the surveying and mapping industry.  While Earnest is officially retired. He still remains active and consults with the firm.

Kelson Hatter

 Kelson is a lead crew chief here at Southwest. Kelson has 20 years' experience in the survey industry and is a

Jody Schaaf

Office Manager

Jody runs the show. She provides all office support in accounts payable and accounts receivable as well as any needed project support. She enjoys providing friendly quality service to our clients.
